Every time I try to play multi-player it says watching hand and I can never play. I used to be able to play now I cannot. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Glad unc31 just posted this because I was going to write another post/question about this very same thing. Apparently this is a pretty widespread issue since there are numerous posts about it in several forums on this site. I was going through the boards last night on here trying to see if anyone had an answer to this or the "can't connect to server" error, but there doesn't seem to be a solution anywhere. It also looks like this problem has been going on ever since the release of the game according to the dates of when some of the posts went up.

Another thing I noticed when reading through the postings on this issue is there were several instances where a support person replied to an entry. Most of these replies asked the person to send an email to support with an attention to them specifically with more info about their device, etc. If support was able to fix whatever was causing everyone to have these problems, they never put it up on that board or any others that I could find (other than make sure your app permissions are correct which hasn't seemed to be the problem in any of these cases). On some of the board discussions, there were also several times when the person whose post was replied to by support later on would post again saying that their email was never answered.
As a person who has the "can't connect" issue most of the time I try to play against others online, I really just want to know if there is actually a solution to this problem :-). If support hasn't been able to figure out what caused it or fix it, I just wish they would post that to let everyone know and go from there. Anyway, sorry such a long post and hopefully a fix can be found to fix this issue so we can all play :-).

Thanks for the reply man! The only way I can play is if I create a table. Then I might as well play single player bc I'm just playing with bots. This is so frustrating bc I never had this problem
before.

Hello unc31 & cmbarton80,

I just wanted to let you and anyone else following this thread that we believe the issue resolved as of right now. In the next couple of hours we may preform a restart on the server so if play is interrupted; this is most likely why.

Thank you both for bringing it up!
