I have created two tickets, related to an incorrectly "expired" subscription after an iphone device update.

I no longer have a receipt. I no longer have the old device. Furthermore, it is not my responsibility to provide any of this to you. No other app has placed such onerous demands just to switch devices. However, even more troubling:

BOTH TIMES, THE PEOPLE THAT RESPONDED USED "noreply@magmic.com" AS AN EMAIL ADDRESS.

This first ticket was 219574-2208071201, replied to by Matt Manor. The latest ticket was 219819-3710071002, replied to by Justin Price. Their emails could not be replied to. This is unacceptable customer support service from what I used to consider a favorite app.

What do you intend to do about this?

Seriously, you edited the posted header to remove

"Return-Path: bounces@magmic.com"

Seriously?
mattman_4444 Posted: July 12th at 11:28am
Hi,

I'm not sure what exactly the issue was, but I would be glad to help. I can see both tickets were immediately replied to. I will reply again, but if you do not get soon (11:30AM EST), please send me a quick email directly to support@magmic.com & I will look into this.

Thank you.

I did just get another email from you, but yet again, the return address is "noreply@magmic.com"
mattman_4444 Posted: July 12th at 1:09pm
I sent you another email. I'm thinking it may work for you now.

Thank you for your patience,
mquint18 Posted: July 13th at 12:55pm
I have been trying to do this as well and have just realized that all of my emails are being sent to noreply@.
I have forwarded my email chain to support@magmic.com and I hope I wlll get a reply soon.
You should really make sure that your support ticket emails have the correct replyto: info.
